Crown Publishing Company offers structured self-publishing services for authors who prefer full control over their work while benefiting from professional publishing expertise. The concept of self-publishing means the author owns the published work and has full control over the publishing rights. The role of Crown Publishing Company, LLC, is to work for our authors in transforming their words into books, get them published, and arrange their distribution through our distributors. We help our authors publish the book of their imagination and choice.

AUTHOR SUBMISSION PROCESS
Crown Publishing Company, LLC, maintains a structured and professional submission process.
Step 1: Initial Inquiry
Aspiring authors must first submit
an inquiry email expressing interest
in publishing with us and requesting permission to submit a book proposal. The letter of inquiry
should be submitted to the
Acquisition Editor through our
contact form (below) or directly
through our email address (see
CONTACT US).
Step 2: Proposal Authorization
If the inquiry aligns with our publishing interests, the author will be invited to submit a formal book proposal for review.
Proposal Submission Requirements
Upon being asked to submit a posal for review, the author will submit a proposal that includes the following content in either Word or PDF format. Any other format will be rejected.
- Full name and contact information of the author(s): Street address, email, and phone number.
- A brief author biography
- Overall book synopsis or abstract
- A brief chapter summary for each chapter
- Reasons or justification for wanting to publish the work
- Intended method of publicizing or marketing the book when published
- Expected timeline for completing the manuscript and submitting it to Crown Publishing Company, LLC.
- All proposals should be well-edited before submission to improve suitability and acceptability for publication.
Please note that Crown Publishing Company, LLC, is not liable for losses resulting from website use or proposal rejection.
Step 3: Proposal Review
The proposal will be evaluated for:
- Compatibility with our publishing focus, values, and needs at the time of submission
- Author’s goals
- Market viability
- Author’s marketing plans
- Production feasibility
- Company readiness to publish the work
Please note that submission review may take a few weeks, and we accept only manuscripts that align with our publishing mission.
Step 4: Discussion and Contract
If the proposal is accepted:
- Discussions will be held regarding publishing terms.
- A formal publishing contract will be prepared.
- Manuscripts are not accepted without a signed contract.
Step 5: Manuscript Submission
After the contract is signed:
- The complete manuscript may be submitted via email attachment.
- All manuscripts should be well edited before submission to reduce the cost of editorial review to the author.
- Manuscripts must be sent as a Microsoft Word document.

- Authors retain 100% ownership of copyright. The copyright to an author’s book is issued in the author’s name.

Book Marketing
Crown Publishing Company, LLC, does NOT market books for authors. Our authors are expected to design and conduct their own marketing as they see fit. We only arrange the distribution and placement of books on Amazon and other outlets, but publicity is left to the authors. This means we do not charge authors for marketing. However, we may suggest effective marketing strategies at no charge to our authors.
Publishing Fees
Self-publishing fees are customized based on the cost of included services and book characteristics, including:

No. Crown Publishing Company, LLC, only publishes and makes books available for purchase on Amazon and in bookstores through its distributors. The company does not guarantee sales. Sales are dependent on book content and the extent of effective marketing by the author(s).
